All tires supplied by THAI OTR SUPPLIERS carry manufacturer warranty coverage against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty Period: OTR tires — 12 months from delivery or first tread wear indicator (whichever comes first). TBR tires — 12 months or first retread eligibility. PCR tires — 24 months or tread wear to 2/32". Coverage includes: manufacturing defects (casing separation, bead failure, tread detachment), material defects (compound cracking, steel belt separation), and workmanship defects (mold defects, balance issues). Exclusions: road hazard damage, improper inflation, overloading, misalignment, improper mounting, racing/competition use, and normal wear. Claims Process: submit photos of the defect, DOT code, and proof of purchase. We evaluate within 48 hours and arrange replacement or credit for valid claims.
